7 Days Money Back Guarantee Without Any Reason

You have 7 days money back guarantee without any reason on all our products (excluding used items/all clearance items) after you got it.The items must be kept in original condition(original packages,unused,undamaged,etc),and you need to charge returned shipping cost. After we receive the returned items, we will offer you a refund excluding shipping fees. Please note that returned items would have customs clearance risks and related fees when arrives in China. If so, we have to reduce the fees from the refund. Hope you can understand.

3 or 6 Months Warranty Policy

we offer 6 months warranty for starter kits and mods; 3 months warranty for atomizers (excluding coils). The warranty starts from the day the items is recieved.

DOA(Dead On Arrival)
